Norwegian culture, particularly business culture, can be a maze for UK and international companies.

You can find general information online, but it’s easy to trip on the details.

Norway stretches more than 1,000 miles from south to north. There can be a huge culture and language gap between an internationally oriented IT company in central Oslo and a fish-farming company in the far north.

I offer mentoring services if you need to understand the Norwegians and break through the cultural barriers.

This is why I’m qualified to help you:

I have experienced the full spectrum of Norwegian company sizes and purposes, from commercial companies to public services. I have collaborated with people from all Norwegian regions, learning the subtle and noticeable differences in culture and language.

I know how people communicate in Norwegian businesses on all corporate levels. I’ve held different manager positions myself for 21 years.

I have excellent communication skills, honed through teaching and developing e-learning content. I can make complex information understandable for any target audience.
