For me, creating is making my life meaningful. To leave footprints behind that may inspire and help other people makes my life and time feel significant. And who wouldn’t like a monument, something brought into existence by our mind and hands, however small or hidden, that someone might stumble upon one day and realise “he was here”?

I’ve always felt an urge to create. Here are some examples.

Songwriting

Songwriting has been my favourite hobby for the last 25 years. The challenge of welding meaningful lyrics with music makes it tremendously satisfying when I feel I succeed.

Poetry was my first love affair with writing, starting in my teenage years. I still enjoy writing text where every word counts when I search for the right “colour and scent” of meaning.
