How the service works:

I will need a precise understanding of the circumstances and your goals to produce high-quality content that suits your needs. I will, for instance, need to know:

  • Who the target audience is.
  • What do you want to achieve with the content?
  • How will the content be published or distributed?
  • Are there any style guides or other company guidelines the text must adhere to?

You can start the required communication in two ways:

  • Use my contact form and describe briefly what you need, and I will find the best way to get all the necessary questions answered.
  • Book a free online appointment to discuss the matter in a video conference meeting.

If you choose to book an online appointment:

  • Choose Writing services inquiry from the services menu.
  • Choose an available time slot in the calendar.
  • Enter your name and email address in the details form.
  • It will help me prepare well if you write a short summary of what you need in the Note field.

When I’ve gained the necessary insight, I will give you a fixed price or an hourly rate for the work you want me to do.

For an hourly rate, the estimated rate will be £20 – £30.

The preparation correspondence or appointment itself is free. If we cannot identify how I can help you within my areas of experience and knowledge, you pay nothing.

Turning complex information into an understandable message for any target audience has been a big part of my job throughout my career, spanning almost four decades. I am a skilled communicator through my work as a teacher, a course instructor, and an e-learning content developer. However, precise written communication was also essential in my 21 years in various IT Manager positions.

My education is cross-disciplinary, combining technical and business administration subjects. This gives me an excellent theoretical foundation for writing a wide range of business-related content.

Shaping text has also been my favourite hobby all my life. Please have a look at my Creations page to see examples.

True, and I think that’s one of my advantages because it helps me to stay focused and never write in a lax and indifferent way. For me, every word counts.

“Do you know how to write SEO-optimised content?”

Yes, I’ve done quite a lot of training on how to write with search engines in mind, and I have good knowledge of the principles of SEO.

However, I always aim to write with the human target audience in mind. My firm belief is that good text, in the long run, will give the best score with the search engines as well.

How online appointments work:

If you book an online appointment, or if we later agree this is the best way to cooperate, I will send you a Zoom meeting link to your email address.
